Answers Introduction + LIGHT

Before presenting the new work for today, I want you to check yesterday exercises. Use a red pen to complete, change or tick your answers in comparison whime mine: ANSWERS

TODAY WE WILL LEARN ABOUT LIGHT

YOU JUST NEED TO READ OUR PUPIL'S BOOK PAGES 70 + 71 CAREFULLY AND WATCH THE FOLLOWING VIDEO. THEN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON YOUR NOTEBOOK. (Some answers are on the book, others on the video, others... somewhere else)


1. What is light and what is made of?
2. Objects could be Transparent - Translucent - Opaque, write two object examples for each one.
3. How would you build a house to have a lot of natural light? 
4. How long does light take to travel from Sun to Earth?
5. Tell me if you agree with the following sentence or not and why. "When we look at the Sun or any star we are seeing the past, not the present"
6. The light is composed of _____________ colours.
7. Imagine you are in a room without oxygen and you have a lighter and a candle, could you light the candle? why?
8. How is called the effect when you put a pen inside a glass of water?
9. Is the Moon luminescent like the Sun? How could we see it?

Some of them are easy, others need more time to be answered but I'm sure you can do it! 👏💨
